Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ReiRei System (the “Site”) handles visitors’ information.
1. Basic policy
The Site itself collects no information beyond what is needed to view it. No analytics tools and no advertising are used, and no data is collected in order to track visitors. For the third-party services the Site uses, see section 6.
2. Data handled by the web tools
Tools that run in the browser do all of their processing inside your browser. Images you load and data you enter are never sent to the Site’s server.
3. Information collected through the contact form
When you submit the contact form, the following reaches the operator by email.

- What you send is not stored on the Site’s server; it stays only in the operator’s mailbox. It is deleted once it has been dealt with and no longer needs to be kept.
- As a rule we do not reply individually. The email address is optional, and you can submit the form without it.
- What we receive is used only to act on the reports and requests you send.
4. Temporary record kept to prevent spam
To stop the form being submitted repeatedly, a string derived from your IP address by an irreversible hash is stored on the server for up to one hour when you submit. The original IP address is not stored and is not used to identify anyone.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The Site stores the following in your browser. Both exist to make the site work and are not used for tracking or advertising.

These are not used to identify visitors or to record what they do. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings; if you do, the language and colour scheme return to their defaults.
6. Third-party services
The Site uses the following third-party services.
Ko-fi (support and donations)
The Ko-fi script is loaded on every page in order to show the support button. As a result, Ko-fi may obtain your IP address and browser information. See the Ko-fi privacy policy for how they handle it.
Google Fonts (web fonts)
The Ko-fi button above loads a font from Google Fonts in order to display itself. As a result, Google may obtain your IP address and browser information. See the Google privacy policy for how they handle it.
Note: where a payment is made through a support or linked service, that information is handled by the service concerned. The Site never receives payment details.
Note: distribution services such as BOOTH and itch.io are each subject to their own privacy policies.
7. Access logs
The server hosting the Site may record access logs (IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser type, and so on), as any ordinary web server does. These exist for troubleshooting and security and are not used to identify individuals.
8. What is not used
Apart from what is listed in section 6, the following are not used.
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics and the like)
- Advertising and retargeting
- Social media tracking pixels, embedded like buttons, and the like
- Account registration and login
9. Disclosure to third parties
Information obtained is never provided or sold to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Requests for disclosure or deletion
If you would like something you sent through the contact form deleted, please get in touch using the contact form. We will act on the request so far as we can confirm that it comes from the person concerned.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be changed without notice. When it is, the last revised date at the foot of this page is updated.

13. Authoritative version
The Japanese version of this policy is the authoritative text. Translations into other languages are provided for reference only; where they differ, the Japanese version prevails.
